We’ve built one that works even when the world keeps changing.
I’m super excited to share that I’ve completed the pilot for my career evolution program Your Career: Redefined and the feedback has been an affirmation that this program needs to be brought to life!
“This program helps you navigate all the changes you’ll face. It gives you the tools to be nimble and adjust with the times. You will get real with yourself, who you are, and how that translates into what you want on the job.”
In my work designing learning programs and strategies for Fortune Global 500 companies I have realized the ways we used to look at career growth and development are changing and the information you need to navigate the future of work isn’t being shared effectively or equitably. Unless you happen to have access to c-suite/executive level folks around the world it’s hard to know what’s hype vs what’s real and how to start making shifts in your life to move forward with confidence and clarity.
The other thing I realized over decades of lived experience is that having the information to navigate the workplace was only part of the answer for me. The piece I was missing was the ability to navigate the emotions, stress, pressures, and pain in alignment with what I wanted for my career.
For me, I’ve had to work to provide for myself and my family and navigating the seasons and cycles of my career has looked so different over time. I realized a career playbook that was going to be truly sustainable and adaptable over time would require a layer of information about how to navigate the human side of life.
“Realize no one at your job cares. Take a conscious opportunity to look at your life, your job, your career, what’s important to you, etc. Make sure you have someone on your side to support you through this. Even if you have someone at your company that supports your growth, they may still have biases towards things they want you to do/achieve that also support their needs/wants. Being able to figure out what’s important to you and having ways to structure your career going forward is how to get where you want to go.”
I’m excited to be officially launching the Your Career: Redefined program in 2026. You can get an overview and all the details about the program here.
You’ll not only get the tactical information you need to effectively navigate your career in the age of AI (tap into the depth of conversations I’ve had with executives across tech, business, and learning as well as the tools and frameworks your workplace is likely using) but you’ll also dig into the nuances that are relevant to women, mothers, and diverse folks (we’ll dive into contemplation, yoga, and practices that support holistic wellness).
“Reframing the way I think about what a job means in terms of how it fits into the broader context of my life and not the other way around was huge. I learned ways to make my job work for me in my season of life. I’m able to think in terms of what do I really want. I’ve learned more about how I can I lean into what I want and need from a job and let go of external pressures.”
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like the world is shifting too fast for you to keep up, you’re not alone. This program isn’t a quick fix experience. This program is designed to give you the information and tools to create your own career playbook that can support you throughout your life and career. It’s designed to be experienced in community where you can learn, not only from me, but from the others in the group. I can’t wait to see who is ready to join our next cohort and redefine what work means for you.
If you’re ready for 2026 to feel more aligned, to feel confident in making career and life choices, and to do this work in community join the waitlist here.
