I’m delighted to offer the career evolution program that combines my experience designing learning and development programs for Fortune Global 500 companies and providing strategic leadership advising to tech & HR executives with a lifetime of contemplation and self discovery work.

  • Nine, 90-minute mentor sessions sharing the best of what I’ve learned and seen work for myself and others (60 minutes of info + 30 minutes pre/post interaction)

The Your Career: Redefined program covers three areas that are critical to navigating your career in times of constant change and uncertainty.

Discover You:

1: Career Wellness Assessment | Having a plan without looking holistically at the eight elements of wellness can lead to dissatisfaction, frustration, and feeling stuck. We start by baselining where you’re at to lay a foundation for where you want to be so we can keep a holistic view of your career from today and throughout your career.

2: Career Vision and Values | Your vision and values will become your north star ensuring you can build a compass that helps you navigate all of life’s choices and the ups and downs that come with every career. We will prioritize the values that are relevant to you today and give you a way to continue to assess your values as your life and needs change.

3: Career Choices and Seasons | Life is a series of seasons and cycles and knowing how to navigate them effective can help you grow your career free from comparison and grind culture. We’ll cover why seasons and cycles matter and help you assess where you are today so that you can start planning for a career that fits your season of life.

4: Group Coaching Session + Contemplation Work | You’ll join a 60-90 minute group coaching session to discuss any questions you have or listen to others discuss their situation. Sometimes hearing others problem solve or share their issues can help you discover the questions to ask about your situation. These sessions will never be recorded and to create a judgement free, safe space to learn and grow together.

Design Your Career:

5: Future-ready Skills Development | Leaving skills development to your manager can mean you’re always behind the curve. Get the inside scoop on how companies are managing their talent development needs so you can be proactive in owning your career. We’ll also discuss how to navigate the ever changing career landscape. We don’t have a crystal ball but we can help you better prepare for whatever lies ahead.

6: How to Pivot Without Starting from Scratch | Whether your career is evolving due to personal choice, a layoff, or you’re concerned about the viability of your career in the future you don’t have to start from scratch to change your career. We’ll talk about ways to pivot that build off your existing skills and capabilities so you can continue to grow and thrive. We’ll also cover your options to diversifying your income streams to create a safety net for your future.

7: Your Career Playbook | Bringing together the intersection of your identities and your career season through a career compass is the beginning for you to have your own career playbook. We will cover how to use these tools to create clarity and make decisions that are in alignment with your vision and values. This is where you will cultivate the career practices and reflections that mean the most to where you are.

8: Group Coaching Session + Contemplation Work | You’ll join a 60-90 minute group coaching session to discuss any questions you have or listen to others discuss their situation. Sometimes hearing others problem solve or share their issues can help you discover the questions to ask about your situation. These sessions will never be recorded and to create a judgement free, safe space to learn and grow together.

Live Wholeheartedly:

9: Networking and Personal Branding | If these words strike fear in your heart, don’t be afraid. We will discuss networking and personal branding through the lens of people who’d rather not. These are introvert and remote friendly ways to build your network that won’t require you to attend events or hand out business cards. Even just 15 minutes a week will make a difference and we’ll show you how.

10: Working Through Wonder and Weariness | Whether you’re dealing with chronic stress, a toxic workplace/boss, burnout, or impostor syndrome we’ll talk about how you can tap into your inner wisdom to start navigating your career in ways that are sustainable for you. We’ll also cover setting boundaries, giving/receiving feedback, navigating development conversations, and other practical skills that are critical to navigating workplaces that weren’t designed for us.

11: Living Life Wholeheartedly | Our final session will work through how to navigate life with purpose and intention. We’ll discuss mentorships, building community, and creating space for yourself to create, innovate, and evolve in ways that support you. We’ll also talk about how mothering plays into our life’s choices and journey through our career. Finally, we’ll talk about the legacy and impact you want to leave and how you can start taking steps to build towards being the change you want to see for our world.

FAQs

Why would I join this program vs another program or doing my own study?
I recommend you find the program and approach to your career that works for you. This program asks you to be open to self-reflection, sharing within a group setting, and being ready to make decisions and act to create the change you want for your career. You can certainly find a lot of the information that this program covers on your own, however, the benefit of this program is it’s structured to get you the information you need along with targeted activities that will help you put your learning and reflections into practice right away. Additionally, my experience working with companies across the Fortune Global 500 combined with over two decades as a yoga practitioner is not something you can typically source on your own so those insights and experiences are something I feel is a unique differentiator for this program.

Is this program only for women, diverse folks, and mothers?
No, I welcome anyone who supports DEIB work, who is open to self-reflection, and who understands this program was created to center this audience. Many of the career resources I found in my personal study over the last two decades didn’t address the nuanced needs of women, diverse folks, and mothers so I created the program I wish I had. There may be times where a specific cohort is closed to diverse women and mothers but that would be made clear at the point of signup.

How many people are in each cohort and when is the next one?
At this time, I am intentionally keeping each cohort small (likely 8-10 people) so you can get to know the other participants and hopefully build relationships that can support you in your career journey. The specific number of people will vary based on demand and may change as this program evolves. We just completed our first cohort (August-October) and anticipate the next one kicking off in early 2026.

Are there any pre-requisites for this program?
While there aren’t any pre-requisites for this program, it was designed for folks who are mid/senior in their career. This typically means you’re likely in your 30’s to 50s, been working for at least 10-20 years, and have enough experience in your field to be looking for something meaningful or different for the next phase of your career. You can be an individual contributor or leader and your working experience can come from any sector or industry. If you are early career or close to retirement please reach out and we can discuss if this program could still be a fit for you.

Will this program tell me what I should do next in my career?
I’ve learned over decades of wishing that someone would just tell me what to do for my career that (1) it’s not going to happen and (2) even if I did tell you what to do next that would be disempowering and likely result in poor outcomes for you. This program helps you understand your own needs and gives you the tools to make decisions for yourself.

What if I think I want to become an entrepreneur?
If you’ve been considering leaving a corporate career to become an entrepreneur this program could help you confirm that decision by helping you identify your values and align your work to the vision you have for your life. This program is not designed to help you become an entrepreneur or to set up a business so if you’re looking for that specific guidance you would want to find a program designed to help you start a business.

What kind of guarantee does this program provide?
This program isn’t a “silver bullet” or a “one-and-done” program so we don’t provide any guarantee for specific results. Every program participant comes in with different goals and this program provides you with a career playbook you can use whether you’re looking to grow in your role, move into leadership, pivot to a new career, or pursue further education and training.

This program is for mothers like her. Over a decade of work experience across roles in custodial, retail, restaurant, call center, and administrative work. Filled with self doubt and regret that I hadn’t just picked a career path and stuck with it. Questioning all of life’s choices and yet surrounded by such great friends, meaningful work, and an amazing family.

Your Career: Redefined is for women like her. Moving up the career ladder, making an impact, and gaining confidence in her skills while wanting to do more to make a difference in the world. Even navigating being a first time VP during a global pandemic didn’t curb her hopes to see workplaces work for everyone.

What does the process look like to get started?

To join the next cohort of the Your Career: Redefined program:

  1. Join the waitlist for the next cohort here
  2. Once the next cohort dates are announced, confirm your ability to join by completing the Welcome form
  3. Once your spot is confirmed, choose the investment plan that works best for you:
    • $3,000 full program investment made by pre-program deadline – get 2 (two) free 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions to use within the first 4 weeks after the program closes ($1,110 value)
    • $500 deposit to reserve your space + $1,250 due prior to the first session + $1,250 due by session 6 (deposit is non-refundable but can shift to a future cohort or other program based on availability/space)
    • Optional: VIP 1:1 coaching – $800 adds 3 (three) 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions to create dedicated space for you through the program or in the first 4 weeks after the program closes. ($1,665 value – over 50% off only for program participants)
