Y’all I posted last week about one of the types of coffee we tried recently and I’m back to share another coffee brand that we’re really enjoying.

If you’re in Utah, specifically the Utah County area around Springville, you’ve got to swing by Pueblo Coffee on Main. I worked with one of the guys who opened the shop and so I had to order a number of bags of beans to try.
The Ethiopia whole beans were flavorful but not overwhelming. It’s definitely worth trying if you’re trying to give up cream and sugar and want something that won’t peel your face off when you drink it black.
If you follow them on Instagram (@pueblocoffeeonmain) you’ll see the usual coffee and pastries but also their weekend menu that includes things like chilaquiles, sopes, and tamales that aren’t your usual coffee shop options.
We’ll be trying their House Blend this week but I’m sure it will be wonderful. If you are local stop by and show them some love but if you’re not place an online order and try some coffee for yourself.
If you’ve got a favorite coffee shop that ships their beans let me know. I’m always looking for small businesses to support and new coffee to try.
